Basic HTML
Create a homepage editing template with links to text and graphics. (Open template.htm inside of Notepad and inside of Netscape. Make changes, save template.htm as index.htm and go back and forth between Notepad and Netscape).

FTP and Directory Structure
FTP your index.htm file to your personal folder at TeacherTECH. Then create a folder called lessons, and another folder (inside the lessons folder) named for the subject matter of your lesson.

Work Time and Some More FTP Stuff
Start working on your lesson plan. Open the template file again, alter the text on the page, save it again under a different name, view it in a browser. FTP it to your lessons folder to become the opening page for your first lesson.
